Conference presentation proposal form

Your chosen topic should be a combination of theoretical methods and ideas, practical solutions and applications and real-world case studies.

Please read before completing the form:

• Railway station management companies and authorities will be given priority.
• The information provided must be written in full sentences and may be edited.
• Any company can submit up to three proposals for the conference.
• After the deadline has passed all proposals will go to an independent selection committee.
• All applicants will be responded to and successful applicants, along with invited speakers will go into the conference schedule. Notification by 20 November 2009.
• Please note: We will not include any corporate profile-type or commercial sales-type presentations, for these purposes, please go to the exhibition section of our website.
• Chosen presentations should reflect any company in that works in that topic area and so *must not include specific company or product names.

*This does not apply to airport, airline or authority speakers.
